Winstream Power Electronics Corporation products are warranted
against defects and workmanship beginning from the date
of shipment. The warranty period and replacement cost,
if any, for any defective product is according to the
table below. The customer is responsible for return
shipment of the defective product. Upon receipt of the
defective product, Winstream Power Electronics Corporation
will ship the replacement unit via USPS Priority Mail
or UPS Ground. Under the warranty period our obligation
will be limited to repair or replacement of the product.
Such repair or replacement will be made only after our
examination determines that said product is defective
in material and/or workmanship.
Product warranty is void if the product has been tampered
with or altered in any way as to affect its use and
operation as determined by Winstream Power Electronics Corporation.
The warranty is also void if the product has been subjected
to abuse, misuse, negligence or accident.

Warranty: 24 months warranty effective upon the
shipping date All Winstream Power UPS products
are covered by a 24 month warranty effective upon
the shipping date.

FREE spare parts (Based on Quantity per shipment) 2% free spare parts are calculated
on a per model bases providing a minimum order of
50 units of the same model in the same shipment.
Spare parts will be shipped together with every
quantitative shipment for maintenance purpose.

Batteries:
12 Month warranty effective upon the shipping
date All Winstream Power batteries
are covered by a 12 month warranty effective upon
the shipping date.
Out
of Warranty
1.
Six
Months Extended warranty on repaired portion Those PCBs repaired by
Winstream Power Electronics Corporation will automatically
receive an 6 (six) month extended warranty according
to our 'Date Code' label.
2.
Unable
to be repaired Those PCB's or components
recognized by our technicians to be not usable
or not repairable, shall be photographed evidence.
It will be replaced with new PCB if the buyer
agrees to buy a new one.
3.
Freight
charge While warranty is expired,
the buyer shall assume all freight charges for repairing
units.
4.
