Winstream Power UPS RMA Request
  Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). We are happy to accept merchandise for repair or exchange, as long as it meets the requirements of the Warranty and Return Policy.

As you prepare for your return, please keep in mind these few points, as it will make returns safer and easier for both of us.

1. Return the product with securely in the original packing without the accessories such as cables, manuals, etc. as they are not required for replacement/repair. Winstream Power is not responsible for lost or missing cables.

2. Customer is responsible for one-way shipping charges to Winstream Power and charges for out-of-warranty repairs or outstanding credits to the service center. Unless specified, Winstream Power UPS will return merchandise to the customer using the same shipping method as it was received.
